A state banking association needed to help its members become more aware of cost effective marketing solutions so as to combat the inroads being made by Credit Unions. The presentation, on Power Up Your Selling Effectiveness, hit a homerun. Not only did the attendees walk away with actionable steps to improve their process of generating new accounts, but they also learned how to open up multiple accounts with new and existing customers. The handouts were also ranked as being very valuable by those in attendance.
